i-Approve VS i-ApproveP - DASHBOARD

We offer two versions of the application – one for children, i-Approve Child, and one for the parents, i-Approve Parent - Dashboard.

i-Approve - DASHBOARD

i-Approve - Dashboard is parent’s dashboard from which they can monitor their children or the one who they are legal guardians of. It is a dashboard that lets parents view and manage their child’s device usage ad whereabouts. i-Approve - Dashboard can also be accessed via Web as well as from the app that can be installed on any mobile device.

INFORMATION LOGGING

i-Approve - Dashboard does not collect any information or log data from the mobile device or computer from which it is being used except for the user’s personal information including the name and email address, which the user has consented being logged. i-Approve - Dashboard does not collect information like call history, contacts, browser history, installed apps and location details of the Parents using this version of the app. If you think we have unwittingly collected information like call history, contacts, browser history, installed apps and location details from i-Approve - Dashboard users, please notify immediately on support@i-approve.com.

WARRANTIES

In order to use i-Approve - Dashboard: You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older or any other person for whom you are not the legal guardian; You will not use the Site or Service in violation of any Federal, State or local law, rule, ordinance or governmental regulation; You will only use the Site and Service to monitor the mobile device and location of children for whom you are the legal guardian; You will properly follow all instructions and documentation provided by i-Approve to you; You will not allow any other person to access the information that the Site and Service collect from the mobile devices on which the Software is installed; and, You will only install the application in mobile devices for which you are the authorized owner.

PARENT PROFILES

More than one parent profile can be added to your FamilyClan and for each parent profile; the application will behave the same, i.e. will not log or pull any device data.

i-Approve (ON CHILD’S DEVICE)

i-Approve, on the other hand, resides on the child’s mobile device and pulls data (call history, contacts, browser history, installed apps and location details) from the device and makes it accessible to the i-Approve - Dashboard.

i-Approve also lets the child manage and send PANIC ALERT and INEEDAPICKUP alerts to their parent(s). i-Approve needs to be installed on child’s mobile device in order to log information and device data and make it accessible to i-Approve - Dashboard. i-Approve can only be used by logging into the app and children cannot use it from the Web.

Cookies Policy

COOKIES AND LOG FILES

"Cookies" are small bits of electronic information that a website sends to a visitor"s browser and are stored on the visitor"s hard drive. Like many websites, we employ cookies in certain areas of the Site to allow us to provide information to make your online experience more convenient.

For example, when you return to our Site after logging in, cookies provide information to the Site so that the Site will remember who you are on subsequent visits, speeding up or enhancing your experience of the services offered by, for instance, tailoring content to you.

"Web beacons" (also known as internet tags, single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, and invisible GIFs) are tiny graphics on a web page or in an e-mail message that are used to track pages viewed or messages opened. Web beacons tell the web site server information such as the IP address and browser type related to the visitor"s computer. Like many websites, we employ Web beacons in online advertisements that bring people to our Site and on different pages of our Site. Web beacons provide us with information on how many times a page is opened and which information is consulted.

In addition, like most advertisers, we place advertisements where we think they will be most relevant to customers. One way we do so is by allowing network advertising companies with whom we work to place their own cookies when an individual visits our Site. This enables the network advertising company to recognize individuals who have previously visited the Site. When the individual visits a third-party web site on which that network advertising company has purchased ad space, the advertising company can then recognize the individual"s interest in i-Approve and deliver one of our advertisements. We also use standard Web server log files. With their help, we count how many people visit i-Approve Site and evaluate our Site"s technical capacity in order to continually enhance it. We try to arrange the pages in the most user-friendly way, to keep the site browser-friendly and to improve the usefulness of the pages for our visitors. It’s site traffic, not information on visitors, which comes into the focus of our attention.

Google Analytics helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, as well as simplicity and efficiency of our Site’s usage. In case you still have questions on cookie policy, visit https://www.theeucookielaw.com to find more detailed answers.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that is linked to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by the Sites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may change occasionally. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Your browsing through and interacting with any other Site, including Sites, which are linked to our Site, is subject to that Site’s own terms and policies. If you submit personal information to any of those Sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any Site you visit.

SECURITY

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect your personal information, username, password, transaction information and other data stored on our Site against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Although we will exercise high levels of care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers and in storing that information on our systems, no method of transmission over the Internet, or of electronic storage, is 100% secure. As such, we cannot ensure or otherwise guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the Internet.

ACCESS RIGHTS

You have the right to ask us to give you a statement about your personal data we process. You may rectify your data, delete your information, withdraw your consent given for processing personal data, or remove your name from our mailing lists.

COOKIES USAGE CONTROL

Some browsers will let you block cookies that do not meet your privacy preferences. If necessary, you can stop accepting new cookies, be notified when you receive a new cookie, and disable existing cookies. Disabling all cookies could significantly affect your web browsing, rendering it impossible to take full advantage of all of our Site features. Be informed that some parts of our Site require your accepting cookies for it to work in a proper mode. Cookies can be removed or declined by changing your web browser settings any time you wish.
